Warranty

R7 Customs warranty covers its parts and firearms from manufacturer defects. The warranty is non transferable. Abuse, normal wear and tear, modifications and non approved gunsmithing will void this warranty. If warranty work is required please email r7customarms@gmail.com with your issue. We will then send you a warranty request form. There is no refund for incoming shipping costs. If we determine a warranty repair is required, R7 Customs will cover return shipping. If we determine it is a non warranty issue, the customer will be billed for shop time and returned shipping.

R7 Customs can perform gunsmithing services on your rifle at any point in time of your rifle’s life. Please email r7customarms@gmail.com to get an estimate on the work you are requesting.

R7 Custom Arms Guarantees SUB MOA Accuracy With A 3 Shot Group at 100 yards Using Match Grade Ammo.

We can’t guarantee the accuracy of anyone’s handloads nor can we control the factory ammo you use. If a rifle is returned to use and passes our SUB MOA accuracy test, with our ammo, then we have every reason to believe the rifle is shooting SUB MOA.

1. R7 Customs will ship firearms, parts and accessories to the lower 48 states and Alaska.
2. *IMPORTANT* Due to California Law effective January 1, 2026, we are no longer shipping firearms, accessories or parts to California.
3. Your receiving FFL is responsible to send us a copy of his FFL before the rifle is shipped.
4. If we start building your rifle and/or ship a rifle and your FFL can’t receive it or you cancel the order you will be charged a 20% restocking fee.
5. Lost, Stolen or Damaged Packages, If a package is lost, stolen or damaged a claim must be filed with the shipping company. Damage must be reported within 2 days of receipt of the package. No replacements or refunds will be issued until the shipping company has completed their investigation. Upon receiving the shipping companies findings and they have decided to pay the claim we will either send a replacement or refund at our discretion.

1. Once you build your rifle you will be required to fill out your information to receive a parts list and total cost for the build. We will receive an email on our end with your build.
2. We will then email you within 48hrs to confirm your order. We will also send you a secure payment link. 50% of the cost will be due before we start your build. The remaining 50% will be due before the rifle is shipped.
3. *NOTE* Checks are also accepted. We will not start your rifle build or ship your rifle until your check clears the bank.

2. Fill Out Your Information and Then Click Submit. We will receive an email with your build on our end.
3. We will then email you within 48hrs to confirm your order. We will also send you a secure payment link. Balance will have to be 100% paid before your rifle, part or accessory ships.
4. *NOTE* Checks are also accepted. We will not ship your rifle until your check clears the bank.

R7 Custom does offer custom chamering and options not listed on our website. Please email R7customarms@gmail.com with what you are looking for.

Since we use different components from different manufacturers please refer to the individual manufacturers recommendations for usage such as break in, adjustments and maintenance.
